How does your made-to-order model work?
We operate on a pre-order basis to eliminate waste and keep prices fair. Once you place an order, our master artisans in Colombia start crafting your shoes. This process ensures you receive a high-quality, handcrafted product while we minimize our environmental footprint.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Because each pair is made-to-order, shipping typically takes between 8 to 12 weeks. We will keep you updated via email at every stage of the manufacturing process, from leather cutting to final quality control.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to be perfectly satisfied. We offer free shipping, free returns, and free exchanges within the contiguous US. You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return your unworn items in their original packaging.
How do I find my correct size?
Our shoes generally run true to standard US sizes. We recommend ordering the size you most commonly wear in other dress shoes. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing down for a more secure fit, as the leather will naturally stretch and mold to your feet over time.
What kind of leather do you use?
We exclusively use full-grain leather sourced from Gold-Rated tanneries in Italy and Argentina. This is the highest quality of leather available, ensuring durability, breathability, and a beautiful patina that develops as you wear them.
Can your shoes be resoled?
Yes, most of our footwear features Blake-stitched construction. This method allows for a sleek profile and maximum flexibility while remaining fully resolable by any professional cobbler, extending the life of your shoes for years.
